A Visit with Harriet Tubman
This program, appropriate for all ages, features a re-enactment of famous abolitionist Harriet Tubman by local actor, Renee Mobley. Renee’s beautiful and inspired portrayal of Harriet Tubman was very popular in 2011 and we are so glad she is back for 2012! At the end of the performance she hosts a question and answer session where children and their families can ask questions about Harriet Tubman, history, and the civil rights movement.
Auditorium
The auditorium is located on the first floor of the Main Library. After opening the exterior doors of the Main Library, immediately turn right. The auditorium is located straight ahead, at the end of the hallway.
